"A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot.
But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff"
"They need to remove the automatic door closer on room doors. Every time a neighboring room enters or exits the entire room and walls shake with a loud thud when their door slams shut. Extremely annoying, woken up many times during the night. I can’t believe no one has mentioned this until now. People know how to close doors…
I have a stay booked in another branch in a few days I will be canceling that reservation and looking elsewhere."
"Location is great right on the main street in Haeundae.
AC didn't work so we kept the lanai door open at night to cool the room, and the street noise occasionally woke us up."
"Stayed for two nights. Overall, an ordinary stay and experience.
For a hotel charging over £100 per night, several basic amenities were either missing or not working. Some electrical sockets didn’t function, and there were no spoons or utensils provided despite tea mugs being available. There was also no sugar, sweetener, or milk for tea or coffee. The room itself was small.
It felt like much of the price was for the sea view, which—while excellent, especially at night—is something many coastal hotels offer at a lower cost. The hotel is reasonably modern, but this didn’t translate into overall comfort or value.
Service was inconsistent. Most staff were not particularly helpful, though one staff member stood out by going out of his way to provide straws and sugar for coffee.
Additional drawbacks included no iron, no proper clothes closet, and an unusual layout where the sink is positioned in the bedroom rather than within the bathroom.
Overall rating: 3.5 stars (4 for the view, 3 for overall experience)."
"Excellent location, right on Haeundae Beach. Hotel is beautiful and the staff does a great job catering to the needs of its guests. The pools are of varying temperatures (wade pool, lap pool soaking pool, and outdoor pool) and the locker rooms are well stocked and attended to regularly by staff.
We loved having the use of the free self-service laundry (detergent not provided) and lending library, which was a unique feature compared against other hotels.
Breakfast at Aria was of good variety and freshness too.
The ONLY gripe we had was that there were only 3 elevators to service all of the floors, so it took seemingly forever to travel to our floor/lobby/etc.
We are excited to come back with our kids!"
"The only perks for this place was its proximity to the beach. The room was dingy, smelled funky, and the air conditioner stopped working at a certain time and blows hot air instead. "
