6/10 Good

Very slow elevator. All drawers and one wardrobe screwed shut, which limit storing space. Good breakfast, great location for congress center and shopping.

I loved the hotel and the local. This was a business meeting for me in the conventions center, and although the whole week was rainy this was a very close and within easy walking distance from the hotel. The Mama's buffet restaurant on the third floor was excellent. I ate only one hotel breakfast but this on 2nd floor and was only passable. Unfortunately, my air conditioner quit half way through my stay, and I suffered a little for two nights and although I was given a new room when I complained, it was on the top (22nd) floor. It was nice to have air conditioner, but when I tried the TV, the sound turned up all the way never did broadcast much sound.

I found Centum Business Hotel to be a convenient and reliable choice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Wi‑Fi worked well. Being just a few minutes from Shinsegae, which has shopping and Spa Land, and the subway was a huge plus. Great value for the area.

I do not feel of cleanness. The ground is covered with a dirty carpet and the toilt does not have plastic ver of sleepers. Only one handed type was provided which was not available to use in toilet. The trace of hair from previous guess also was there.
