정말 왠만하면 안좋은 글 안남기는데 남길 수 밖에 없네요. 일행들과 방문한거라 미리 여러방을 근처 방으로 배정받을 수 있나 연락했고 가능하고 그렇게 배정하겠다고 했으나 정작 입실할때는 프론트 직원이 바뀌어 있었고 그런 전달받지 못했다며 한 방은 아예 다른 층으로 배정됐습니다. 그리고 방번호가 붙어있는 카드키를 받고 방으로 갔으나 방 키로 방이 열리지 않아 혹시나 프론트에서 잘못 등록을 했나 수령한 다른방키로 열어보니 열리고, 다른층 배정받은 일행은 방에 들어가서 화장실을 들어가니 담배냄새때문에 사용할 수가 없을 정도라 방 변경을 해달라고 했지만 프론트 직원이 불가하다고 해서 결국 매니저가 와서 해결하느라 체크인이 더 늦어졌습니다. 여기서 끝이 아니라 프론트에 수건 요청했지만 직원이 까먹어서 직접 다시 가서 수령했고, 굳이 이틀이라 청소 필요하지 않을 시 프론트에 말해달라고 해서 청소 안해도 된다고 말했지만 그것고 지켜지지 않았고 더구나 청소는 하다만 상태로 화장실 변기에 플라스틱 컵이 쳐박혀있고 쓰레기통이랑 뚜껑이랑 따로따로 나뒹굴고 있었고.. 저희 방 포함해서 모든방이 카드키를 꽂아놨지만 방의 조명이 예약한 2박동안 2-3회씩 갑자기 다 꺼지고... 화장실은 바닥 청소도 제대로 안되어있고 샤워기도 제대로 안끼워져 있고 부식되어있고 주변엔 물곰팡이도 많고.. 여러모로 최악었습니다. 이러한 상황이었지만 결국 사과도 못받고 그 흔한 변명의 말 한 마디도 못듣고 퇴실하고 나왔습니다. 방은 평균보다 넓지만 위생 최하 전체적인 직원 대응 최하 전 다시 안갈 것 같습니다.

다시 숙박하진 않을거 같아요

월풀욕조에서 온천물로 목욕하기 위한 숙소를 찾고 있었어요 원래 예약했던 숙소에서 여행전날 취소당해서 연휴에 급하게 예약하느라 선택지가 별로 없는 상태였구요 찾다찾다 나중에는 대충 사진상으로 큰 월풀욕조가 있는것 같아서 자세히 못보고 예약했어요 일단 월풀 기능은 전객실 이용불가라 거추장스러운 장식만 달린 일반욕조였구요 사진상으로 기대했던 것보다 욕조도 작았어요 초저 아이와 어른 1명정도가 적당한 사이즈였어요 방은 생각보다 컸지만 바닥 마루가 신기하게도 군데군데 틈이 있는 특이한 하자가 있더라구요 그리고 결정적으로 밤에 너무 추웠어요 온도를 아무리 올려도 추워서 밤에 기침하면서 잤네요 다만 물은 좋은편인거 같아요 피부가 매끄러워진 듯 하네요

모텔, 아니 여관 보다 못하다. 로션 등 아무것도없음. 물론 커피,차등도 당년히 없고 물도 끌이지 못하고~~~! 딱 ! 생수2병 뿐이다. 타올도 형편없다. 여러번 씻어 사용해야한다. 세정제에서 바로 말린것같다. tv 도 화질이 변질됐다. 맛이같다.커텐도 너무 더럽다. 또! 향수를 너무쳐서 머리가 아팟다.(짠내음때문인것 같다) 결국 그날밤11시쯤 체크아웃하고 대구집으로 돌아왔다. 물은좋은것같다.

아울렛과 가까운 호텔

가격을 보시면 아시겠죠. 4~5성급 호텔을 기대하고 가시면 안됩니다. 그러나 숙박비 대비 넓고 아늑합니다. 1층 조식과 커피 서비스 이용도 가능하고 이용객도 나름 있습니다. 옛 호텔의 정취를 느낄 수 있습니다. 19년11월부터는 온천욕도 시작한다고 하네요

조용하고 좋았습니다. 다만 공사중인지 주위에 건설장비들이 많이 배치되어 있더군요. 그외에 화장실에 배치되어 있는 샤워시설에서 아래쪽으로 흙같은 검은 모래알갱이가 바닥에서 흘러나옴.

크게 기대는 안했지만 내부 청경에서 스팀 욕조기에 잔때가 끼어 있어 사용을 못했으며 아침에 주차장 옆에 공사를 하여 차량에 공사장 먼지가 뿌옇게 덮혀 있었습니다. 비록 오래 되고 외곽의 숙박시설이지만 조금 더 서비스에 신경 쓰면 좋겠습니다.

위치는 생각보다 동떨어졌고 오래된 건물이지만 침구는 깔끔하고 무엇보다 조용해서 가족동반 조용히 쉬다오기 좋았어요~
