Fantastic location next to both Seal Sea Paradise and Seal Rescue Center near Garinko Station

One of the most beautiful onsens I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in, there is a sense of calm and quiet elegance. The property is beautifully designed to maximize the view of the lake. Our room consisted of three large sections which can be divided with private screens. The service was outstanding too. Each breakfast and dinner, we dinned in a private room. Overall, nice and central place in Kitami to stay. Bed was comfortable, several parking lots make it easy to park. We did have some late night partiers the first night, but I was too tired to be bothered and it wasn't reflective of the hotel. I hadn't stayed in a Dormy Inn, but I would stay in this one or another again. Didn't try the onsen, but it looked like a nice small onsen was available.

I have stayed at various Dormy Inns and this one is one of the best in terms of a hot bath and breakfast buffet.

We had a wonderful 3-nights stay at Lamp No Yado Moritsubetsu. We were two couples and took two Japanese-style rooms, both of which were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome from the start. The setting is beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery. An incredible variety of great foods of ALL varieties at both breakfast and dinner.

The studio was compact, clean, and quiet, with very comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail and the considerate touches provided by the host.

The location is very convenient, next to JR station, Shari bus station and Seicomart. The hot spring is good.

The ocean view was great, but that was in my imagination because I had a wonderful view of the snowy mountain. That being said, this hotel is fantastic for what it is because granted, it is located in a remote location and not exactly in a metropolitan city. Will I go again? Definitely.

Very authentic. Nice food and Onsen bath. Kind staff although they don't speak any english.
