"If I could I would probably give this a 4.5. The staff was excellent, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and it was in a good location. We loved the personal soaking tub on our patio. The only thing I would rate a bit lower would be the buffets. There was a lot of choices but for anyone that is picky or prefers a western style meal it’s going to be a bit challenging to eat. My wife and I had no issues but we always imagine traveling with friends that are a bit picky and this would have been hard to eat at. Overall though it’s a very nice hotel and we would absolutely stay there again if we come back"

The staff were very helpful and there were english instructions printed to help us understand the check in/check out, onsen usage, etc. The location is more accessible by car but it’s a good spot as a base to visit other areas in the vicinity. Overall, this was one of our best stays this trip!"
