"Room is rather stark. But for the price it is a good deal. Great location and clean. Plus the provided breakfast was more than expected, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As most places is France, you had to use public parking, but the parking was close by and the hotel provides a good discount on the parking."

"The property is very modern, clean and quiet. It is a short walk to the old town and waterfront. There are many dining options nearby. Breakfast is available from the hotel but there is also a cafe in the lobby that has a variety of pastries and sandwiches at very reasonable prices. "The hotel is great value for money, it is clean, while small the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is really good and well priced and there is a parking, a rarity in and around Annecy! If you are travelling by car then this is for you. If you are not motorised then you might find the location to be a bit far from the centre (3km) but should be easy enough to access by bus. Overall, very happy with this one!"
