Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. There was no air con and it’s not a traditional hotel as you stay in chalets scattered around the grounds. There was some construction work going on when we stayed. Great location and nice pool.

Great Location

Fabulous location near Lake Annecy. Accommodation set on large grounds with lots for children and great outdoor pool. Bar area and restaurant modern and service fabulous. Our accommodation block was slightly older but did the job!

We stayed as a family of four with two adjoining superior rooms and are grateful we did as they were nicely decorated inside and kept clean. The outside and main building etc is very tired and really could do with some money spent on it. The outdoor pool area was very nice and pretty quiet. The reception and bar staff were very helpful and Amber was really lovely on our arrival and whenever we had questions. We rented the electric bikes which were reasonably priced and the hotel is right next to the cycle path so very accessible. We had a great afternoon out on the bikes. The restaurant food, choice and service was extremely disappointing. We arrived in the evening of our first night looking forward to a lovely meal and relaxing and it was dreadful. Staff were just hovering around but not really helping. We didn’t go there again and felt we’d wasted money on it. There are no snacks, not even crisps etc available from reception. Overall the hotel is fine but in our opinion it’s overpriced for what it offers, the quality of the restaurant/service. It feels like it needs some money and love and there were some really missed opportunities by the hotel management. We moved from this hotel to another one in Evians les Bains after staying here and it cost us less money but was far superior in every aspect which also highlighted to us how this hotel seemed overpriced for what it offers.

We arrived after 8pm so there was no check in process. The hotel site is under construction and the room we were given was in a complete state of disrepair. Mould, broken windows, bathroom tiles, ripped wallpaper, stained carpets. There are no staff after 8pm.

Sejour détente absolument parfait, trés beau site, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un week-end réussi (transat, location de velo, piscine et spa ...). Mention spéciale au personnel, trés accueillant et attentionné. Vraiment bien !

Ancien Centre de vacances en cours de rénovation. Certains bâtiments ont plus de 50 ans et ne correspondent pas au standing annoncé ( parties communes sales, douche à peine rénovée, fenêtres HS…). Les piscines et les équipements sont convenables… Travaux en période estivale !!!

Personalet er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Fint Værelset , men meget små. Desværre er der ingen aircondition på værelserne, så der blev meget varmt. Der er et meget dårligt indeklima, da der er ikke noget vindue i badeværelset , når man tog brusebad var det som en sauna på værelset , og der lugtede af fugt og skimmelsvamp. Ville checke ud kl 21:00 aftenen før jeg skulle rejse, men det var ikke muligt da receptionen lukker kl 20:00, og åbner først kl 8:00 , så fik ikke betalt min regning. Fik en mail med regningen, da jeg kom hjem.

Les images sur votre site ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité de l'établissement. La chambre familiale était trop exigu, les portes étaient défoncées, la peinture était écaillée, la douche était sale et oppressante. On est parti pour finir dans un autre établissement. Le Pré du Lac n'a de beau que son nom et n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Je ne le recommande même pas.
