Great location and very quite rooms, beautiful view of the lake. Only downside was that parking is not on site and the man at the front desk wasn't able to explain clearly the additional price we would be charged for parking nearby (they have an arrangement with another hotel, but the parking is only partially covered).

Generally very happy. Great location and service. Great breakfast. We got good advices from the manager as well. What could be better ? The fitness zone is not at the level of the hotel.

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Perfectly located right next to the lake and in the heart of the old town. Not many amenities but that was fine since the lake is right there. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect place to stay on our way to the Alps. It's only about half an hour from Geneva airport, so very easy to get to.

The hotel was wonderful, the rooms have recently been renovated and the hotel is in a perfect location. Right next to a covered parking garage and train station. Would stay there again for sure

8/10 Very good

Despite the room being a littly tiny, it was nice. The bathroom is very giod too, especially the shower is spacy and very good with the rain-shower. The breakfast-buffet is very well!! A downside is the room cleaning: at least at the 5th floor it dine very late… nit before 16h…. and the second day it was even forgotten…, kuckely the lady at the reception did it personally after my complain. Nice initiative, thank you. The parking us very close to the hotel. And with the rebate for the guests it is very cheap! All in all a good hotel, charming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast… and Annency is just a great place to be.

Great location. excellent breakfast buffet. View of lake obstructed by city trees so don't expect a view. Town has lots of tourist. Nice place to spend a couple of days. In planning travel: we came from Dijon which was a long drive. But then went on to Colmar, Crazy mountain roads at least half of the way. Beware not easy driving. Very small room. Don't miss the museum in the Chateau very informative about the history of the lake.Take a boat ride.

6/10 Good

So the location is awesome! Perfect for exploring the old town. But it was 75/78 degrees in our room and the a/c was not working. The bed linens were stained. The room, especially the bathroom, was quite small. Trade-off to be so close to town and rather mediocre amenities
