Self check in was a bit tricky- one of our reservations easily came up on the computer, but the other didn't (we had 2 rooms). However, a call to the number located on check in and the person on the other end quickly got it sorted and checked us in. Das Hotel at Säntis is nothing like a 3* hotel. I would give it 4 1/2* for sure. From check in to check out the staff looks sfter you, is super friendly and help ful.
