I loved the sauna. Great location too!

8/10 Very good

Good overall experience. The hotel was renovated, clean, and comfortable. The room did not have air conditioning, but a fan was provided, which helped. The location was excellent and very convenient, and the hotel also had a convenient parking lot, which made the stay easier. I did not have much interaction with the staff, but everything went smoothly. Overall, a good hotel and a pleasant experience.

Self check in worked well and therefore I had no interaction with the staff. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.

10/10 Exceptional

Five stars within its category — a clean place, well organized, and the self-service check-in works perfectly even without on-site staff.

Clean spacious room. Good location. Self check in machine not working well in encode key card, need to change machine to get things working

6/10 Good

Two-night stay Pros: clean room, comfortable bed Cons: air conditioning could not cool the room, parking lot could not accommodate all cars, welcome packet (with bus ticket, etc.) arrived as we were preparing to leave, hair dryer did not work, noisy location, no staff on hand except at breakfast.

8/10 Very good

Location is great - it’s on the pedestrian zone, close to all tourist attractions. Vaduz castle is about 20mins away. There’s no reception desk, checking-in is online- it was fine for us, but could be difficult for people who are not used to online navigation. The support staff is great - I booked via expedia and had several questions (including the need to add a person in my room), and they responded right away! Room was good size, had a window overlooking the road, and the bathroom was pretty cool with a door to a tiny balcony! Oh, they had only one dispenser for hand soap + body wash + shampoo - would have been nice if they had conditioner and body lotion. I am giving it one less star because the hotel lacks character- it is very modern, minimalistic and has nothing that says it’s in Liechtenstein. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
