This B&B is a hidden gem. A perfectly lovely place to stay outside the bustle and high cost of Como. The host Elia is friendly and caring. He made sure we knew where to park, asked us when we’d like breakfast, told us about the area. He’s a genuinely kind man. The place was recently renovated, with modern amenities.

Excellent, self service apartment with the most modern technology and excellent aesthetic design. Good coffee maker, hot water in shower, towel warmer. Exactly as advertised, great location in a quaint town. My only suggestion is to provide an iron and board.

The staff is attentive and they maintain the property well-kept. This is a simple yet clean hotel with all your basics. And, it is literally a few steps away from the main train station as well as from the border crossing to Como, Italy. It offers a strategic location getting the best of both worlds: Switzerland and Italy.

We stayed one night here during our roadtrip through Italy and Switzerland. A very nice family hotel with modern rooms, great beds and breakfast. Nice, friendly and service-minded staff.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend getting a room with a view. Our Breakfast and dinners were delicious, our room was spotless and pristine, the spa was super relaxing and the staff were Top Notch. We had the best time and recommend this beautiful hotel to others to enjoy.

The unique property (which requires/includes a fun ride in a golf cart for transporting your luggage) is only 7 months old so everything is new and modern. What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake.
