Excellent hotel starting with check-in with Adrienne who was very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions for all questions we had. Room was remodeled, great view of lake, many upgrades and free toiletries and water. Plenty of room. Bed was extremely comfortable and pillows were first class. Fantastic stay here for 3 nights. Great location in como, amazing breakfast with prosecco even included. Staff very helpful. Free room upgrade too which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend a stay at the Palace hotel.
