My second time to stay at this hotel, really love the location right next to Lake Lugano, peaceful and private. Very beautiful scenery. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is excellent with many choices. Very good service in the breakfast room/restaurant too. Room are clean. Will definitely come back if coming to Lugano again.

The hotel is modern, it’s located in the heart of the city and short walking distance to Lugano lake. Closed to the hotel there are many designer boutiques (luxury clothing brands), also behind the hotel there is a cable care for going up to the train station. If you are coming to Lugano by train, you just take the cable car for going down the city center. Regarding hotel staff, they are very decency and friendly.

Lovely hotel with nice ability to swim in the lake Lugano. Staff is stressed and not that interested in service. Breakfast is really bad, the smell already is repulsive. No vegetables, fresh cut fruit, box omelette, bread ok, good coffee, not the same standard as the hotel. Good hotel in this neighbourhood.
