Pretty views

The hotel is very cute, there’s a good amount of parking spaces and the lake views are stunning from some rooms. The building itself is a little tired and could use a nice refresh. The reception as a space is a little confusing as is marked with a different hotel name (?) so I thought I was in the wrong place at first. But the staff was very professional yet friendly and helpful with tips and advice. Maybe the most uncomfortable feature of the room was the shower with no glass/door so there was no way of NOT flooding the floor even with a quick shower. Location is very convenient for lake access and the area is just pretty all around. I would go back if I found a good deal and could book a lake view room again.

Hotel claims to be a 4 star yet it is more of a 1.5 star if that . Pool was dirty , staff have no idea what they are doing and claim the hotel is “changing” to a different one . Rooms are outdated and AC does not work . No restaurants around the area that are worth going to .

Tolles älteres Hotel mit dem gewissen Charme. Toller Blick auf den Luganer See.. Wir wurden sehr nett mit einem kleinen Begrüßungsdrink empfangen. Sehr nette Leute am Check-in. Hatten zwei Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Blick auf den kleinen Pool vor dem Hotel. Dieser reicht zum Abkühlen vollkommen aus, könnte allerdings etwas überarbeitet werden. Die Liegen sind herrlich bequem. Ebenso die Betten. Durch die Klimaanlage könnten wir auch im Juli hervorragend schlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
