"The property is lovely. We had the double , beds were comfortable and overall room was nice.
The air conditioner in room does not cool. We visited in May and very hot. There is quite a bit of street noise, they provide ear plugs however didnt help .
The staff was very attentive and breakfast was good.

"We have been staying at this property in Queretaro for about 12 years, at least once a year for about 10 days. All staff is top notch, attentive and professional. Food quality is very good. The in-property restaurant has been recently remodeled and the new concept looks and feels a bit more upscale. Very good property in a great location. Will come back again very soon :)"
