"Even with the reviews, I did not realize just HOW NICE this hotel is until I walked into the lobby. "Hotel Mama Carlota was a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet the location was, while still being convenient for exploring Querétaro. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was a big plus. The only small thing that would have made the stay even better would be having coffee available in the room, but there is a coffee shop downstairs, so it was easy to grab one in the morning. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. 5 stars!"
