Great location. Very helpful staff. The restaurant was good. Enjoyed the decor. The room. was stuffy and a very thin door. The fan and some AC needed to be run continually. Hotel could use an upgrade.

8/10 Very good

Our room was reasonable although smaller than others with a tiny TV. Still, the room was quiet even though near the action and the staff was helpful. We like the hotel. You should know that parking is pretty limited. The location is very good and the hotel was charming.

The hotel is centrally located and close to attractions and restaurants. It is an older hotel right across n the Jardín de Union. We asked for and got a quiet interior room. The beds were on the firm side. Room was clean but the bathroom is still n major need of a remodel. Staff was friendly and could speak English.
