Nicely built attractive small hotel built by Itailian owner, set in small town close to nature. Great Itaian food prepared by owners family. We enjoyed the animal garden a lot where donkey, pics, chicken and ducks living friendly together.

This is an absolutely nice place to stay while you explore Tulum. Spacious and well decorated rooms with all you need for a pleasant stay. Very responsive staff. A rooftop where you can swim in the pool and see the most beautiful sunsets in Tulum. Few steps from the beach, literally 1 min walking. And so many options around. Their restaurant Loco Tulum has amazing food. I will definitely recommend it.

The place was very pretty and the room description as shown. The bathroom didn’t have a door which was annoying when showering and there are A LOT of mosquitos in the property. After the sun goes down you practically can’t go out of your room because of it. Also the bedding didn’t smell fresh, I don’t think it was washed. Other than that very beautiful place and affordable price.

Iberostar Waves is my favorite resort on the island. I have stayed there 5 separate times. I’ve been scuba diving in Cozumel for 25 years and have stayed at many of the other resorts on island. Iberostar exceeds them all in my opinion.
