"Beautiful hotel, amazing top tier luxury service. We had the private pool suite and we loved it! One thing to note is the entrance from the pool to the room should have a drying mat on the floor. My boyfriend tracked water in and eventually slipped and sprained his ankle. There were also several instances were we slipped on the general property. The restaurants were amazing. The only one that wasn't that great surprisingly was Magna for dinner. Basmati (shrimp entree incredible and best rice pudding of my life, The grill, Spice (hibachi dinner is meh but the experience is fun, their regular dinner is great for food, Lobster house (hands down our favorite for lunch and dinner- we did not get to try the breakfast :( The grill for dinner great, The Kitchen buffet incredible). The entertainment schedule was awesome always something to do if you want to. I would add more silent dj, and Kareoke!! This is definitely not a party hotel and its fairly quiet. This was great for me but sometimes I wished it was a little livlier at night with the dancing but its just the crowd really. The dj can play a wider variety of music and Dominican Dembow party music would have been a lot of fun. "

"Guess service agent that first help us with check was not friendly and kind of rude our fridge did not work told him and he didnt do anything had to go back an another agent help us was without a fridge for one day and had meds that needed to go in it other wise stay was excellent "

"Everything was excellent and staff was also great! Only complains was the seaweeds on the beach and I know they tried to clean it up everyday but wish we saw clear blue water instead of dark brown water everyday. Other than that, the food, resort, friendly staff was a 5 stars! "

"Beautiful resort filled with many options for your choice of vacation all in one place. The party pool not far from the quieter pool. Non-stop activities you can choose to take part in or not. Staff was super friendly. Place was very clean. "
