Great staff,...

Raul the butler was amazing. He helped me book restaurants, spa appointments, ride to the airport, and was very responsive and very kind. The food was great. My favorite restaurant was the Argentinian steakhouse. FYI if you book through Expedia, the sales team will give you a 2-3 hour presentation about the resort’s membership.

Ok. First off I don't know how anyone could give Marcos and Magdelina anything but 5 stars. They are both fluent in Spanish, English and several other languages which made everything very easy. When I wanted to practice on my Spanish Marcos would speak with me in Spanish and when I wanted to speak in English we spoke in English. Great experience, very nice rooms very friendly and accommodating staff, including the owner Katerina. Great location about 3 blocks from all shoppings and restaurants and 5 blocks from the beach. Highly recommended!

As funcionárias valem por toda estadia! São prestativas, simpáticas e preocupadas com teu bem estar! Fiquei num total de 13 diárias e confesso que me sentia em casa! Em relação ao barulho , a noite das 20:00 as 23:00 tem um show no Resort ao lado, mas nada que incomode. Café da manhã continental. Limpeza 👍 e localizado na quadra da praia com acesso no final da rua .. a única observação é que como se trata de uma cidade muito quente, deveria ter frigobar nos quartos.

The room was spotless...short walk to beach and restaurants...stayed 1 nite stuck trying to get home to ATL...would not suggest long stay

Nice property located a short walk to beach and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and a good breakfast is included every morning. No complaints.

Everything was perfect but lack of towels and they don’t use wash clothes apparently. Pillows very uncomfortable but otherwise perfect

Clean room, friendly staff

Our butler, Rodny, was amazing. He made our stay a breeze and took great care of us! The staff is really what makes this place great, they put in the extra effort to make sure we had a wonderful time!

The property was only 25 minutes from the airport. Very friendly staff and services were rendered very will from the restaurants to the nightly entertainment. Cleanliness and maintenance was top notch from any inclusive resort we have said at.

Lovely spa options after a day at the beach. Rooms were well-equipped and clean.
