"Definitely a party hotel you can hear music for many hours after you sleep if you’re looking for someone to relax this is not the hotel. I didn’t speak Spanish, so it was kinda hard to communicate with the staff but overall we had a great time. The pools and the beach were good. Water did stop at like midnight one night I mean you’re in another country. Would you expect it’s like Mexico in a sense. I mean, we weren’t there for the room. We were there to party and spent a lot of time on the beach, but overall our room was comfortable. We had to ask for clean towels every day because there was no towels left in our room."

"The hotel is very nice. The food is very good for an all inclusive. There is a nice variety of restaurants. First time in Punta Cana, the beaches in Punta Cana are not as nice as the ones anywhere on the north shore and we came at a time when the seaweed in but that changes. The staff at the hotel is excellent. Tony and the staff at the main dinning hall are amazing. Franlin was very helpful in getting us setup and answering questions. We did have one issue, not directly with the hotel. We booked an island tour through one of the vendors operating out of the hotel. it was the most disorganized tour we have ever been on. The boat was not ready when we arrived at the harbor so we waited a while on the beach. Once the boat arrived we were then transferred to another boat and then we waited for hours. Waited so long we only had an hour on the island, very disappointing but we still had fun. The hotel is good and the staff is great."
