"The room was excellent and super clean besides a spider that decided to join us for our stay one night lol. The staff was super helpful but we did have a bit of a misunderstanding with our luggage being delivered to the wrong room. The pool and bar were both 10/10 and a guaranteed good time!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. The highlight of my stay was lazy river and swim up bar. Had a great time there and had some good conversations. The beach had a bunch of seaweed and the water was very cloudy the day I went but there were big storms coming in. So it was understandable. The room was decent but you can see some wear and tear. Chipping paint some stains the sinks had a bunch of sealant sticking out from repairs. One sink had a slow drain. The worst part of this vacation was the food. It was par at best and nasty and flavorless at worst. The drinks were strong. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and happy. Didn't see any grump faces i usually see. My concierge was not needed didnt help with anything but 1 resturant reservation i didnt even ask for. The time share guys were like roaches but polite. Over all i wont go back much better properties in the area."
