"The female employee at the desk was exceptional! The lobby was clean and smelled like chlorine from the pool so I thought this was going to be a perfect hotel...I was wrong! The carpet in the common areas and once you get off the elevator on the second floor was absolutely disgusting!! Ice machine didn't work on the second floor either. Entering my room it smelled like cat urine. Paid extra to stay in the room with the jacuzzi, left to go get cleaning supplies before actually being able to use...

"Rooms were comfortable and clean but very dated carpet had a musty odor toilet seat needs to be replaced breakfast choice was scarce okay for price and one night stay no longer term outside pool was good and only 4ft grandkids loved it, and the location was great very easy to get to right off the highway!!!!"

"good hotel to stay, pet friendly, little dog park. The bathroom is run down. 3 inch metal trim not attached to sink cabinet. Sink cabinet needs to be painted. It looks like a plywood sink cabinet. Paint chipped off. Room comfortable, clean. Might suggest to make the labels on the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the shower larger. I dont shower w glasses. I think I may have showered w hair conditioner. I couldn't read the labels. Breakfast was great. TY for asking. God Bless"

"We picked to this location due to the pool and hot tub. We always choose a place with a hot tub. When we got there we were notified that both were out of service. I have pictures. The bathroom was not clean. I counted at least two bugs in the bathroom... The laundry room was also out of service. The beds were horribly uncomfortable... Will never stay here again."

"They have an outdoor pool that is quite nice, and the beds are comfortable. The tvs dont have labeled guides so its hard to tell what you are going to end up with and the internet isnt alot of help. Floors have ripped carpet and elevator floor is damaged"

. She made them feel so welcome even when it was overwhelming in there. 3 days she was there the kast day she wasnt and you could tell she makes ot breakes the mornings arpund there. Pool is big and clean. Room was in great condition parking was easy. "

"The area inside, outside, as well the pool looked clean and maintained. Mr room was clean to my stardards and the beds were extremely comfortable;however the pillows were not too comfy. The rate was very affordable. Overall my experience was good and probably will stay at more Comfort Inns."
