Great location. Easy walking through entire town. Located next to the trolly center if you want ride to various locations. Staff was very accommodating. The entire location was very well maintained. Room and bed was very comfortable. Will diffidently stay again.

The entire property was excellent, well maintained and room very clean. My only suggestion would be to add fresh fruit and some type of meat option to breakfast menu. Each day consist of same items without much variety. Staff very helpful and polite. Location is everything, within walking distance to everything in downtown Gatlinburg, no stress with parking fees. We will be back!

Loved this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable, beds comfortable, loved our balcony room overlooking the water. Loved the big fridge and having access to a microwave. I didn’t check out the breakfast. Parking was great for us and close to where we were staying. I love that you can park there before you check in and we were able to check out and leave car there until 3 pm so we could go get something to eat before leaving. I will definitely stay here again. Location great, easy to access anything in Gatlinburg, and great place to see bears.

Friendly staff who allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but very squeaky. Nice river views and a great location. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, so it was very crowded. If you have a scooter, I would recommend asking for the main buildinh rather than the third garage/building. The elevator barely fit the scooter, and driving up the hill to the third garage felt dangerous. Overall, a good stay with a great location (across from Anakeesta & by trolley stop) and friendly staff. Free parking is a plus (minus having to keep moving yellow cones)

This was a solid hotel for the price in the heart of Gatlinburg. We stayed 3 nights last week and had the most incredible time. Although we didnt get a room with a river view, we still enjoyed the location. It was super easy to walk across the street to Anekeest or the Aquarium. Heck everything in town was in walking distance. The room was clean and kept fresh daily. The parking was easy and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was standard but they need a Pepsi machine! We will be back!
