The villa was breath taking! We were there for one night and we wished we could come back for so many more! Honestly anyone who could have a wedding there should think about it! The pool overlooking the countryside was one of the best views I’ve ever had. The massage was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. And the restaurant courtyard was magical. We had a beautiful dinner under the twinkle lights and the food and wine selections were lovely. The staff helped us so much when our cab was late...

Located on central square but high enough above it to be peaceful. Service friendly and proper. Feels like staying in a family home. Afternoon tea and pastry--help yourself. Good breakfast. Impressively sturdy, comfortable bed. Common area tower room looks out over Assisi and valley below--breathtaking at dawn.

The reception and service staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I was delighted to learn that Pope Saint John Paul II slept in this place when it was still a religious site. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you. If you want a place that is clean, comfortable and offers peace and tranquility near Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, … this place is perfect! It also has parking on site.

So close to the main center of Perugia! The staff was friendly the breakfast was good, the closeness to the center of the city was irreplaceable, especially for the price! And we were extremely comfortable! such a great experience! We love Perigua and it would be hard to want to stay anywhere else! Also, try La Taverna if you go! Best restaurant we've tried in Italy so far! Thanks Claudio!!!

This place is a must stay if you are in Gubbio. The facilities are fantastic, the owners and staff are terrific. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The view from the room was amazing. Our dinner in the piazza in front of the hotel was wonderful as well.

They provided us with excellent food even though we arrived late which was delicious The staff spoke good English and many more languages. The view are amazing the village quint They do not have shuttle to airport

The staff was amazing. The room was lovely with a patio balcony where we were able to have snacks and drinks. Breakfast of a cornetto and cappuccino for 4 € can’t be beat. The staff deserve 10 stars!! Note … stairs- it is Italy.

A special place of stunnig beauty. The staff is welcoming, especially OANA, from the reception, Who immediately addressed an air conditioning issue. When she couldn't fix it, she moved us to an upgrade room. This made our stay much more pleasent, especially because of the way she treated us. We also like Yadilka, the pool attendant for her friendliness and kindness.

Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well.
