This is a lovely hotel close to the center of Perugia. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The view over the city and into the Umbrian countryside was lovely. We were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer.

Beautiful place with character. The staff is wonderful, extraordinary landscape, relaxing atmosphere…. Everything was excellent, from preparing our car at 4 AM in order to get early to nearby Monte Sibillini national park to great dinners, especially at the hotel restaurant. Wonderful hotel and the family & staff are extremely helpful.

Assisi is a wonderful medieval town, and Hotel Pax is a cozy, friendly, and well-run place to stay there. My girlfriend and I were the only guests on our first night there, and the owner stayed late to check us in, as we had a bit of trouble getting there on the bus system. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and she told us some of the town's and hotel's history as we ate breakfast. Our experience at Michelangeli's B & B in Orvieto was exceptional! We stayed almost 2 weeks and never had a complaint. We found the room rate reasonable. Francesca, the owner, was kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. Despite her broken English (and our broken Italian), we managed to communicate. Amazing place to stay! It is the little things that make this place one of a kind: like two suitcase stands in the room. The service felt like they were full time career professionals that felt like they really cared about the place and the hospitality. Dinner and breakfast was amazing! It was a great stay and we loved the resident cat! The only problem we had was the inconsistency with WiFi. Anyone who needs total access at all times should not stay here. Otherwise I would have given a + rating. Assisi was one of our favorite places to visit in Italy and we highly recommend for all to stay here. Note: town closes down by 8:30-9:00pm. Oh almost forgot they have parking and the bus stops are right close to hotel!

This was our second visit to the beautiful LaTerrazza. Again, it did not disappoint. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are treated as if you were the only guest in the hotel. Great location. Hotel is beautiful, room very clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff especially Jude who arranged some tours for us and recommended great restaurants. This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Very helpful staff, beautiful room, lots of breakfast options (and good coffee), about 20 minutes walk from the old town, very close to a big Coop supermarket. About €13-15 to/from the train station We really enjoyed our short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. There is a large shower. The outdoor courtyard gives a welcome space outdoors. There was an amazing cooked to order hot breakfast included. Which gave real value to the booking. It is convenient to walk into the historic city. There is good parking accommodation. Staff are very attentive to your needs and welcoming.
