The location cannot be better, 3 minutes from St. Francis basilica. The hotel is very clean, we stayed 3 nights and had service every day. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. What a beautiful hotel. It’s comfy in an old family country house sort of way. The staff are wonderfully friendly and positive. Actually observance the employees together was beautiful in how the work and laugh together. The front desk and restraint staff are a well oiled team. Complete delight. Also excellent location near the Basilica and gelato. Minerva’s restaurant serves very tasty food.

Convenient location, clean and friendly staff. We didn't partake of the breakfast. The rooms were nicely decorated and quiet, plus had a small fridge. The only negative aspects were the beds were quite firm and the towels were seriously rough. The bathroom was lacking hooks to hang items but we managed. I would recommend it.
