La struttura è incantevole, immersa nel verde e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, ideale per chi cerca relax e bellezza a due passi da Gubbio. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, sempre accogliente, professionale e attento in particolar modo la ragazza del bar. Villa meravigliosa, camera nuovissima e silenziosa, bagno pulitissimo. Il parco e la piscina fantastici e con una vista insuperabile su Gubbio. Either the pandemic has taken the best out of this villa, which has enormous potential of being a first class stay or it has just started to fall apart by nature. The rooms are old, in need of renovating, there was moisture stains on the wall. The overall impression was that it was dusty. The food was ok but we were the only ones eating. The staff and service was helpful. Could have been so much more enjoyable. A bit of disapointment actually.

Beautiful grounds. Large swimming pool area for a hotel. Friendly staff. Restaurant had a limited menu, but the meal preparation was superb. Room space was somewhat small, which limited the furnishings. Bathroom space was small. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
