Myself and partner both in our 70’s stayed 8 nights. The grounds are beautiful. Excellent breakfast included. Staff helpful. Alessia was helpful for us as English speakers with little to non Italian. Close to Assisi. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay here.

The only negative was the housekeeping staff failed to stock toilet paper and soap so requests had to be made when we ran out. We had a delightful 5 nite stay. Perfect location- steps away from the ancient city entrance gate. Great restaurant next door if you are tired after a busy day of exploring and don’t feel like hiking around. Free parking and wonderful breakfast. Staff is amazing and professional. Room was terrific with a balcony overlooking the town of Spello and the pool. Can not say enough great things about this hotel, headed to Spello- this is a must!
Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. The views are amazing and your not far from the basílica of st francis and Maria degli angeli. The best !
Nothing major, just small things that kept it from being perfect. I would have liked a coffee pot and microwave. The floors needed a better vacuuming.

Amazing place to stay! It is the little things that make this place one of a kind: like two suitcase stands in the room. The service felt like they were full time career professionals that felt like they really cared about the place and the hospitality. Dinner and breakfast was amazing! We stayed at the Villa Raffaello Park for 3 nights. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to Assisi.
The family that owns this place was so helpful. None of them spoke English when I checked in, but we were able to figure it out with another guest who translated I could’ve used Google translate as well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had an amazing night sleep. The breakfast was great, and for a one night stay before my bike tour. This was perfect. It was quiet, cozy, and close to the start of my bike trip.
