"Staff was friendly and responsive. The room was very clean and the location was great. We did arrive early and were charged $25 for an early check-in which I’ve never paid in my life so I did not like that. I would’ve preferred a coffee maker in the room."

"The room itself had a weird design and there were a pair of black thongs left in the room. They were probably just missed, because they weren’t out in the open. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The shower was nice, but the bathroom sink was small. The best part about the hotel is the rooftop terrace and even that could use some furniture updates. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I almost forgot one of the elevators was out when we checked in. When we were leaving to go to dinner, the other elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk down 10 flights of stairs!"

"Property and room were clean. The clothing drawers were big enough for all of our stuff! Closet also had a lot of hangers! Bathroom needed a little upgrade but not bad. Breakfast was fantastic! Hotel was in a great location as well. Would definitely stay there again. We didn’t use valet but used the self parking garage a block away. Should have used Spot Hero to save more money but it was still $75 cheaper to park there instead of valet."
