This is my favorite hotel in Chicago! We always choose it when we come for fun or for hospital stays! I have always found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. I love the vibe of the hotel and the location is perfect with coffee shops and restaurants. The roof top bar is one of my favorite perks. Just a heads up- I tried to bring my daughter in a wheelchair up to the rooftop bar and it is not accessible due to only having stairs off of the elevators. The bartender was so kind and brought me the drink to take back to my room. I will continue choosing this hotel every time!

Staff was nice rooms we’re super outdated. We were missing a door to our closet. The bathroom wall was peeling off in the bedroom part. It looks like the trim had water damage and was coming up We didn’t get our amenity package until the day we were leaving, which was useless. The breakfast was good. The location is great all in all. It’s not a bad hotel rooms need to be updated completely.
