"Our first stay at Palmer house was a very welcoming experience. The location in downtown Chicago made everything along Michigan ave and surrounding sights easily accessible. The multiple entries were super helpful while walking around and navigating the cold (polar vortex). Ride share and even DoorDash deliveries were easy. The resturant offered a delightful breakfast and complimentary menu. Rooms and heating were a little outdated but would definitely visit again. "

The hotel is beautiful. We love the full bathtub and shower combo. The beds are comfy. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The staff are excellent and we are always impressed with their kindness. "Great location in Lincoln Park. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. And about a 5 minute walk to the redline station (North/Clybourn). Very clean and quiet inside the unit. Building is very new. Room access through the Latch app is simple. I would definitely stay here again. The overall experience was excellent and my other guests would agree. "
