"i tried numerous times to arrange a shuttle from IAH to the hotel... but no one ever answered the front desk number that was provided. In frustration i booked a cab. As i checked in i made sure that i would be on the 8am shuttle rhe following morning. The following morning i went to wait for the airport shuttle and was told my name wasn't on the list. Thankfully an uber was available to take me to mt flight. Not happy!!"
"Nice room- thought it would be fancier. The bathrooms were really nice! When we got back from out event there was a charcuterie board waiting for us. Loved that suprise!!"
