Clarion Hotel The Hub

"The room was very spacious, with enough room to accommodate two large suitcases. ample amount of space in the bathroom for toiletries. However, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything at all. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food options (it was a bit overwhelming due to the number of hotel guests though). The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The hotel's location was excellent, just few mins walk from central train station, most of the point of interests are within walking distance. The only downside was some street noise, which may have been due to the weekend."

"Really nice hotel and it makes use of space well. The staff were really happy to help and answer any questions we had. It has a great design, it's modern and fresh and the cafe next door is worth a visit to get some cinnamon buns in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful and with lots of options, and the location is central to Oslo and you don't need to travel far to get anywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location, AMAZING breakfast. Loved the hotel. My only advice to travellers is if you are facing the main street the nightclub was quite loud and kept us up all night ( was a Friday ) . Booked a family superior room and was very small ( for those North Americans that are not used to European sized hotel rooms ). Wonderful hotel would stay again."

"My room was very clean and super spacious especially for the price. There are social activities but I didn't take part in any. The hostel is slightly out of the city centre so walking to and from Oslo station does take a bit of time (use the bikes or scooters to get around). It was an easy location to find, checked in and out smoothly. Night receptionist was lovely, thank you!"

"Staff welcoming and agreeable, Coffee and tea service lovely, you can make soup, too, if you buy it elsewhere. Clean Hard acoustics in hallways, No posted signs asking guests to keep their voices down because of the echo. Rocker switch in room with red light, asked at front desk what it does, couldn't answer me. Free luggage storage and they let you hang out, both before and after your stay in the lobby as you are homeless for a few hours between hotels. Wi-Fi slow at times. Couldn't figure out how to turn off heater, so eventually just unplugged it. Front desk as baffled as me. Opening window lets in smoke smell, so shut the window, then opened door. If front desk could ask the smokers to move further down, that would be great. Nothing really wrong with the place."

"Clean room good bed. Oth0er services like fridge/beverage in the room not available. No room service. BUT most of the lacking sercices was compensated by an extremly helpful and serviceminded staff. I will espesielly mention the person that was on duty during enening/night during my stay."
