The bathroom is a little outdated, but everything else in the room was fine and really, you're only there to sleep for the most part - and the beds were super comfortable! Also, the motel is very convenient to downtown Canmore and grocery stores. Quick walk down the street and you are there. Little bit on the noisy side, but overall, a good place to stay."
"My husband and I stayed at Rundle Chalets for our honeymoon, and we loved it! Check-in was easy and the cabin was adorable. We had a fire in the fireplace every night. It was so nice to have a kitchen and bathroom during our stay! A wonderful more affordable option for anyone visiting Canmore or Banff. Some aspects of the cabin could use some TLC, but it was clean and had a cozy vibe."

Great location, clean facility, friendly staff. They only gave us 2 sets of towels even though we were a party of 3. But otherwise it was a great stay.
Simple efficient unit to make your landing spot while exploring the area. There is a mini fridge. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order.
Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms at an outstanding location. Service and staff were great. Easy access to the bus for skiing and a good restaurant (only ate breakfast though they serve all meals). Definitely would return!
Property is lovely, unfortunately the hot tubs were closed for maintenance.
The sink was very slow draining and the toilet ran throughout our stay. Send up the plumber to room 406.

Excellent but pricey hotel in Banff. The service at the front desk was excellent, the room was very nice and the hotel was close to many good restaurants. Beautifully landscaped on the outside, too. For those on a long trip, they have 2 washers and dryers on the 3rd floor to clean some of your clothes which is a nice perk.
This property is value priced but is tied to the property next door that has an excellent pool, work out room, steam room and restaurants. They are easy to access through the underground heated garage.
Absolutely loved my stay at the Falcon Crest! Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we checked in we felt very welcome and the staff gave us great recommendations on places to eat in the area. Loved the full size kitchen and grill on the balcony. We stayed for 4 nites from 9/17-9/21/26. Great location, we walked downtown to Eighth St (main st) & the Policeman’s Boardwalk. Got a smash burger & shakes @ a place @ the far end from the boardwalk next to the trading post (left side) that had really good t-shirt prices. We went for the mountains but loved coming home (back to the hotel) I wish we could have seen the mountains more from our room but it’s the room we chose I think .
