"Upon arrival the parking lot was clean, plenty of parking, we'll kept grounds. Check in was fast, staff was friendly and very understanding and empathetic. Let me explain.... fully loaded luggage cart got away from me pushing it into the room. Had to push it over a slight hump and when I did it went sideways and cracked the bottom corner of a mirror. I immediately went to the front desk and told on myself. She was totally understanding and kind and said don't worry about it, accidents happen with carts all the time. I hope they don't come back and charge me, aa it seemed I had nothing to worry about. The room was comfy and clean with a magnificent view of the lake. Absolutely recommend this hotel. I didn't have breakfast but the breakfast buffet looked appealing."
