Probably one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed at. Each room had a balcony and chairs, beds were comfortable and more than one chair in the room. Continental breakfast had almost everything you would want. They even had a s'mores bar in the late afternoon. We would not hesitate a moment to stay there again. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

This was our third stay at Park Point Marina Inn, so we obviously like it. Close enough to walk to all the Canal Park amenities but quiet with ample parking. Lots of breakfast choices and the quality is quite good.

Excellent Duluth MN Lake Superior Inn on Park Point just over the historic lift bridge nestled near lake and marina. Well maintained property with updated and very clean rooms. Friendly customer focused staff with a very nice included breakfast. I would highly recommend this Inn for a memorable relaxing stay in Duluth.

Great option for staying near Canal Park. More expensive than usual due to MEA vacation, but the rooms and service were great. Lots of kids and family around, but it was quiet for sleeping, and there area plenty of places for kids and family to hang out. Very busy for the breakfast, with food running out and slow to fill on Friday, and a late open on Saturday morning, but the food was great, there was plenty of seating and staff were friendly. Room was very comfortable, and the whole facility felt very well maintained. Recommended

This is our favorite hotel in Duluth. The staff is so friendly and the amenities are useful - a shuttle to canal park, bikes to rent, even sand toys to borrow. Happy Hour, breakfast, and a s’mores bar to boot! If you love traveling to Duluth for the walkability and friendly folks this place is for you!
