Over all a very good experience! Stunning sunrise views! Steps away for the bay walk! Breakfast was overall decent and had different options each morning. Our cat even enjoyed sunbathing and watching the lake. Definitely would stay here again!

10/10 Exceptional

Fantastic breakfast options and all-day coffee to fuel your sight-seeing and shopping. The hotel is right on the walking/riding path that follows the lakeshore. If you can, get a room lakeside - the views are amazing and include being able to watch ships arriving and departing. Staff is very willing to work with you on early arrivals/departures as long as their housekeeping staff can support it - I appreciated the desk staff taking into account their hard-working housekeeping staff when making those decisions.

8/10 Very good

Everything was nice, but very expensive for just a hotel room. Other hotels next door were less, so we expected more. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok, but wouldn't put us near our friends who were also staying there plus no early check in, which was irritating.

It was almost perfect (though for the price, would expect as much). Would have enjoyed a hot tub along with the pool. One of the best breakfasts I've seen (included) with so many options.
