Location very convenient to dining the hospital and the lake walk. Parking easy to get in and out of and reasonable since all nearby street parking is paid not

The property is in the heart of the city, great views and location. Walking distance to all the favorite spots for coffee, dinner, lakefront and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated - I am looking forward to the next trip to Duluth!

8/10 Muy buena

Great location and really spacious suite. Only complaint is that the sheets and pillowcases were really uncomfortable and scratchy. Other than that highly recommend

Cute boutique hotel option. It was an apartment layout minus the full kitchen (there was a mini fridge and microwave, though). Our unit had a corner view of the water which was nice. The area is very walkable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for being downtown. Good lakeside view, clean room, comfy room and bed. A little noise from the highway along the lake but no big deal.

No local tv for weather or news which I found interesting since a source change with wall mount antenna would be an easy fix. Otherwise the location was perfect.

There were lots of food and places to drink nearby. Room was very well set up and everything was clean/easy to use. Parking area in the back was a little dirty with poop on the ground. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Nice space, roomy, but not as clean as I would expect for the price.

Our room at The Intrepid was great. It is in an excellent location in downtown Duluth. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The staff were quick to reply to any questions I had. Check in and out were very easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Despite being downtown, it was very quiet.

8/10 Muy buena

This was a great hotel to stay. The rooms were beautiful and new. Very quiet stay. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, a fair amount of unhoused people and some unsavory characters. The building was very secure and I had zero worries once I was inside. Lots of breweries and places to eat near by. There is no staff on site but we didn’t need assistance. Everything was handled through email and text messages. It was an easy process.

We stayed for 2 nights everything was good except there was no housekeeping service and the worst part was the bed, it was so uncomfortable everytime you moved it

Everything was excellent: clean, cool, spacious, easy accessibility, and great location. The staff responded quickly and professionally to my questions. Stayed on the line with me to walk me through the entry process (bc I need hand-holding; you likely won’t need it.). I highly recommend this place!

No complaints. Very easy and being able to check yourself in is convenient. Also the room was much nicer than a standard hotel room and it was at a better price
