Superb hostel. Very cool, with helpful and kind staff. Located very close to a metro station and loads of dining options and nice shops. There is even a bar restaurant on the ground floor, which is a buzzing spot. Recommended.

I loved the rooms. It was nice overall but it was not super clean and i did not get any towels that were supposed to be on my bed. I think others have used it and when i asked nobody responded to me

Excellent place with some room for improvement.

It was great overall. The only issue is that hey have some incorrect promotions and instructions in the lobby area that caused some discomfort. For instance, there is a sign in an area directing to use the ring to get service. Then the personnel told us there is no attention in that area. Also, there was a sign promoting some food item that was not available. I told them and they blamed the company that takes cares of the restaurant and lobby area (Limbo Restaurant).

Lindo, moderno, organizado. Camas confortáveis lençóis limpos e cheirosos. Excelente localização, prox a gran via p ir a pé, prox a mercado. Estavamos em 4 pessoas sendo 3 adultos e 1 criança, ficamos num quarto quádruplo super nos atendeu q é 1 cama casal e 1 beliche e banheiro privado. O chuveiro é ótimo. A parte coletiva, cozinha, limpa e organizada. Chegamos antes do horário do Check-in eles guardaram nossas coisas sem custo. Recomendo e voltaria.

The Bastardo Hostel is situated in a lovely area on walking distance from Gran Vía.Lots of places for amazing food. Metro just around the corner a Mercadona to get your fresh bread in the morning.Nice rainshower and good beds only suggestion is to put 1 chair in the corner so you can sit .Overall a good experience already suggested it to a collegue..

Todo perfecto, llegamos en la madrugada por un vuelo atrasado, y tienen servicio 24hrs, nos recibieron muy amables. La habitación muy bien. El desayuno súper completo y bien. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable y siempre ayudándonos con todo!!! Un día teníamos una excursión muy temprano y nos dejaron bajar a desayunar antes incluso nos prepararon un lunch. We needed 12 hours to sleep and have a break between our flights, so we ended up here. It's a backpacker-style hotel for young travellers in groups. We got 4 bunk beds with a full bathroom split into 3 spaces (sink, shower, and toilet). Every bed had its plug and light. They had a restaurant and many shops around. We went for dinner and to some other stores. Then came back and had a good sleep. We left, and the staff was very helpful even at 3am. Will come back.

If you want to stay close to the city, this is a great place to stay. Breakfast starts at 8am which was too late for us. We asked a to go box but was told that we should have said it a few days ahead so they can pack our to go bf.
