The place is comfortable, the size of the rooms is medium not to big not to small, everything is clean and the bed in confortable. The shower is a plus, has different modes and the water pressure is high. The location is right next to gran via, and it’s a safe street .

It’s in a very convenient place, that being said, make sure you are deaf because you can hear everything going outside your room, the shower it’s not made for claustrophobic people. I definitely wouldn’t go back, but it was very good located and very clean I must say!

The room I was given had no ventilation and a lot of black mold all over the bathroom. The smell permeated into the bed room. The air conditioning blew stale air that smelled rotten

Great location right in the center of Madrid. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in, which was great. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The only negative was our shower. The floor had wooden slats on it which looked very dirty. The floor of the shower underneath the wood was also very visibly dirty and the corners of the shower floor and wall tiles in the shower looked like they hadn’t been really properly cleaned in a while. The shower drain was clogged with other people’s hair upon our arrival. Even though we cleaned it out ourselves, the shower struggled to drain and we would shower in a giant puddle of water which then took 5-10 minutes to drain after finishing. For a 2 night stay, it sufficed as a resting place with excellent location.

Hostal sencillo pero con lo necesario para pernoctar. Limpio y con servicio de recepción con horario limitado. Excelente ubicación. El baño extremadamente pequeño pero limpio. El lavabo esta fuera del baño, al lado de la cama. El hostal esta en el segundo piso del edificio. El ascensor es muy lento y pequeñisimo; mejor subir andando si las piernas te lo permiten. Si la habitación q te asignan está en el primer piso, toca subir andando y tirar de maleta porque no hay ascensor. Ofrece aire acondicionado, gracias a un aparato que tiene salida por la ventana. Un poco arcaico, la verdad, teniendo en cuenta que el precio no es barato.
