My family and I loved the resort. There was so much to do and the staff was so nice and accommodating. We stayed for six nights and could only eat at 3 of the restaurants. We would like to have been able to book more restaurants instead of the buffet. I would definitely recommend this resort.

We went with a group of 10. We emailed and called ahead of time and were able to get all our rooms close to eachother and 2 joining rooms. The resort is beautiful. The staff work hard to meet all your needs. There are plenty of options food wise. The steak restaurant was amazing. We used Mexican Travel Solutions with no issues. We confirmed our transportation plans before our drop off/pick up dates and there is a rep on site (Colonial). Our trip was amazing-it is what you make it-we always have a great time!

dining options did not make any sense. most restaurants were book for our stay and a couple had late openings like 9pm. I've never been to a resort where you've to book dinner before you get there. front desk staff, extremely rude. even the resort is beautiful and all other staff were very nice, i would not visit again. the front desk made our check in a horrible experience.

If you don't book premium you are signing up for the 2 star buffet every night for dinner. All of the a la carte restaurants are prebooked and you can't reserve in advance. Would be nice to know in advance. Bowling is not included, and out of 6 lanes only two were functional. Tips tips tips, didn't think I neededy wallet at an all inclusive. Hands out everywhere.
