Very noisy in morning. Could hear outside doors slam shut. Heard 10 minute smoke break and conversation word for word. Looks like it wouldn’t take much to have room and bath look great. Carpeting looks really dirty and bathroom needs cosmetic updates. Not worth my money.

The front desk man was great, but we came at 4pm check-in time and the room was not clean. We left and came back at 6:12pm and the room was still not cleaned. Dirty beds, dirty bathroom, garbage full. I requested my money back, but he said only his manage could approve. We left and stayed down the road. Tried to call today, since no one called me back to refund me. Do not stay here.

Not impressed at all, but it served the purpose.

There was nobody around when I walked in the door and it took a few minutes for anyone to show up. The gal who finally appeared at the front desk seemed uninterested, as she chewed her mouthful of food. Minimal words were said- very low energy customer service. Our room smelled like fried food- almost like seafood. There was a ginormous hairball in the shower drain. Heavy mold/mildew around the shower. Breakfast was lackluster with crusty dried food on the warming bins. No actual dishes -only paper plates with flimsy plastic silverware. Positive note- the bed was comfortable and the location was great!

The Staff was outstanding for what she could do!! We was told two maids quit this day. It was last room and so unsat but had already paid online. Several items broken in Bathroom and cabinet drawer with knobs missing. We had to ask for toilet paper!! Need I say more. Staff did what she could the only good thing was her.

Not a great experience

This hotel needs some love. The staff was friendly, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the shower was good. Those are the positives. Our room had a big black bug, no lamp shades on any of the lights, and seemed dirty. The window shades were broken and dirty, there was no fan in the bathroom, and it felt like it rained in our room. Everything was wet. We had mold on the pillow cases due to the moisture. We had 1 set of towels in our room and had to ask for more from the front desk. We have stayed in many Country Inn and Suites and have always had a great experience. The owners of this one need to make some improvements. It doesn’t meet the expectations of the Radisson name.

Property definitely not kept up to the standards shown in the pictures. Pool was dirty. Lobby was pretty clean. Beds were clean, room was ok, bathroom was not very clean as there was hair and dust and dirt in all the corners. I took a 10 minute sbower, and it took another 10 minutes for the water to drain.
