If you understand going in that this is a "up north" hotel, it was perfect. We had to wait until 6pm for the room to be cleaned so we could check in but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It's right on the water with a huge beach. We would stay there again.

Great price for a stay by Lake huron. It has everything you need for a stay at the beach, including fire pits and bundles of wood for them. We got to sit by the fire and watch lightning and the moon over the lake. The pool and hot tub also offer a view of the lake.

Beautiful area! Outside fire pits and picnic tables were great to be able to use. Hotel is dated but still does the job. Lake right outside the pool is amazing.

Average hotel. The room was mostly clean. There were some dirty washcloths left on the shower. There were also a couple of small ants in the room. The pancake maker was broken so not much for breakfast. The hot tub was also broken. The beach out back was beautiful. Decent stay for the cost.

No remote for the tv, all lamps, frig, microwave were unplugged. Not enough towels. Front desk clerk brought in a different TV and gave us additional towels. Room was fairly clean, bed was comfortable. Less than average breakfast/coffee. Only stayed one night, in between destinations.

The beach is beautiful and the outdoor areas are nice. The room has not been cleaned out quite some time. Giant cobwebs in the windows, floor was dirty, and the toilet had bodily fluid in it and under the seat.
