My stay was great. I love they have walk in shower being a senior with arthritis helps a lot. So close to stores and restaurants helps a lot too.

6/10 Good

We only stayed one night for a Ferris visit Dawg day. It was very clean and well maintained. My only issue was that there were four people staying in a two queen bed room and the only plugs and tables were for the two sides staying in the middle of the room. It was an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, coffee was great and always readily available. Staff was very attentive, polite, and helpful. I would stay here again and just bring a longer charging cord for my phone.

Great room and breakfast! Noon check out is nice.

6/10 Good

Room: Tile floors were sticky, almost as if mopped with dirty water and requiring me to rinse to feel remotely comfortable. Upon entry, mild unpleasant odor, likely from floor issue. Very little facial tissue. Tight crevices had not been properly dusted in quite some time. Facility: Rear entry not adequately marked, entry through pool sundeck gate and pool vestibule. Hand towel dispenser empty in the Men's public restroom. Elevator floors dirty. No bakery goods at breakfast. Generally disappointed in our stay, especially for the price.
