"Shower floor needed a good scrubbing, otherwise the room appeared clean and neat. The breakfast was a disappointment…warming trays were empty…not sure what should have been there…eggs? Meat? Already peeled hard cooked eggs were good. Juice pitchers were empty. Mixed fruit would have been nice. Shuttle staff were great as were front desk persons."

"There was hair left in the tub, and the tub did not fill past about two inches. Staff was great, food was good, hot tub was great. Only complaints were about the tub."

"We were welcomed with warm greetings from polite staff. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Had a partial view of the pool and GT Bay. Perfect location for a beautiful sunset too! "

"The hotel was nice, but the noise level in our room was horrible. We could hear the people in the room above ours walking around (AND they had little ones), we heard people in the hallway at midnight, and we also heard the person in the next room calling the front desk. Very disappointed."

"The hot tub was only lukewarm which was a little disappointing since the outdoor temperature was in the low 40s. Otherwise the beach view room and overall stay was excellent. We will stay here again."

"The pictures of this property are not at all representative of the truth. This hotel smells, offers nothing except ice machines, carpets are disgusting, rooms are dilapidated, furniture is falling apart and literally everything needs to be updated. The pool is under construction (or possible deconstruction) and the hot tub is broken. Not that I would get in anyway! There is no door for the bathroom so there is zero privacy. Last and important, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible as advertised. All of the doors are not wide enough to fit a standard wheelchair. It is in fact NOT wheelchair accessible. The staff was kind and helpful but the hotel is a total wreck."
