Beverly was great. She gave us wonderful information on Mackinac Island. The room was clean with walkout patio. But the water never warmed up so I couldn’t even get warm water in the room. And the food was not good at all.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Nice beach and a beautiful sunrise. Had a nice breakfast. The room its self was odd. It was like they rearranged the furniture but didn’t finish the job. The tv was not in line with the bed and the remote didn’t work. There was a light fixture that was made To be over a table in a walk way. My husband walked into it.
