Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, excellent restaurant. The pool looks great but it is not heated. It would have been good to know that in advance. I understand that heating the big pool is not efficient, maybe just one of the pools would have made our stay perfect.

Hotel was easy to see from the street, very difficult to find the entrance. Property is old, desperately need a renovation. Bath towels first used in the 90's. They popped for king sized pillows, but not pillow cases. Incredible. The room did come with 3 telephones, which no one uses anymore. The staff saved the day. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Everything was clean and functioned properly. We ate at the breakfast buffet twice and it was excellent. Again, personnel first class. All this being said, we will try a different hotel next visit to Tuxtla.

Excelente service, all services available were amazing. Cleanliness impecable. You really feel at home. Restaurant experience was wonderful, food excellent, the ambiance, the lights, the room espace, the music, the service, everything was fine. We enjoyed this hotel.
