Clean but outdated hotel
The hotel itself was clean. Very outdated... Hasn't left the 80's and it is clear no investments have been made in a while. Beds were less than comfortable. Check in was very slow; the guest services associate was simply slow moving and took too much time to do the simplest of things. Continental breakfast was good.

Awful room experience for the amount paid!
Our room was changed because we have a Service Dog (small). She stays in a crate while in the room. All the amenities are located up on the hill. Including, interior access rooms, indoor pool, indoor courtyard, etc. Our new room was located in lower building. Exterior access to cold weather, ice, snow, etc. Could not regulate the temperature of the room because air leaked around the door and it was in the 20s. Heater either got the room very hot or couldnt keep up with keeping room at a comfortable 68°-72°. Drain in bathroom sink was clogged as well.

This was my worst experience at staying at this hotel. We stayed two night over there and treated badly.

Weekend getaway to North Pole with family
Staff was really nice. Indoor pool was great! Rooms were old, but clean. Definitely need some new mattresses. I barely slept. Location was great

Great visit
The hotel visit was great. Pool and hot tub were also great. As usual, the parking lot was very steep and would not have been possible without AWD
