"I found the hotel to be pretty sad to be honest. Although it is beautiful on the lobby, check in was awful - the line up was around the corner. The room itself was small, the shower had no pressure so it was just very weak dribble and their dryer didn’t work. Top it off we were close to the elevator so we could hear all the rowdy party goers laughing, hooting and hollering and while waiting for the elevator. Had breakfast at the clocktower and the coffee was lukewarm and breakfast was cold. I don’t understand how that is. We paid 600 dollars for the night. Not worth it. We selected this hotel based on its location and proximity to union station. However it was not worth it."

"We stayed two nights. We originally booked a city view room but when we arrived they offered an upgrade for a small fee for the Falls view. It was worth the extra money. The view was breathtaking. Also, the room was really clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Also, the parking was super convenient, worth the money paid for it. Everyone there was super polite and helpful. Before checkout we ate at the steak house onsite for breakfast. It was delicious! But I loved our server even more. Her name was Dawn. She was so funny and quirky and made our time there even more memorable. Overall one of favorite places we have stayed at."
