Excellent value just off of the best street in downtown Ottawa. Laundry available and exercise room at no extra cost. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops. We have stayed here multiple times and it just keeps getting better. Would book again.

Great stay in a great family owned hotel location is perfect for exploring and places to eat. We had a one bedroom apartment suite with own bedroom, big lounge with huge tv, dining table, kitchen with o en & hob. Breakfast was included and with hot/cold options, really decent. The hotel go above & beyond for guests. Even have computers & printers and free laundry. Definitely recommend.

The greatest advantage to this hotel is the location, walking-distance to most of the tourist sites. The room was very spacious and well-appointed and reasonably quiet. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The price was also great, compared to other hotels in the vicinity.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it is a great location and has a carpark. The rooms are great to be able to spread out in and enjoy a meal in, close to a great supermarket and wine store. I suggest checking what pots and pans etc are available 1st though. The laundry room was a bonus, really easy. The breakfast was very crowded but also very good for a free breakfast, the man in charge could really use some help, he is rushed off his feet but nothing is a problem for him. Would stay here again
